“ Somisomi has got to be one of our favorite soft serve ice cream! We have tried so many different flavors that they carry like cookies and creme, ube, matcha, guava, sweet corn, salted caramel and horchata. The only downside is that if you like a flavor you tried that is not ube, matcha, or cookies, they will not have it the next time you come back has happened EVERYTIME Ive came lol but that can also be a good thing if you like to try new flavors. All of the flavors are delicious! Ive not been disappointed not once trying a new flavor and I have come here many times at this point. My favorite flavor thus far has been guava but I have not been lucky enough to have it again unfortunately but that has never stopped me from coming back. We are huge fans and will keep coming to try more new flavors lol The line can look long but it goes so fast. The place is small but there is some seating outside for you to enjoy your ice cream. ”

We had the black sesame, matcha, and oreo ice cream with the fried fish dough and bean paste, custard, and Nutella. Very good!! “ Yum, yum, YUM! After having dinner at a place nearby, my boyfriend and I wanted dessert. This place did not disappoint! The menu is small but I prefer smaller menus. Too many items can be overwhelming so it was easy to pick and choose my dessert. I got the Ube with Nutella upside down and my boyfriend got the Banana MilkMatcha swirl upside all really delicious! The soft serve itself was the perfect amount of sweet and the texture was nice. The Taiyaki was equally delicious fresh and toasty. Everyone who worked there seemed really nice too. The only somewhat downside was that the tables outside were regular height. Considering there were no chairs, it wouldve been nice to have high top tables. ”

“ Im always down for Asian desserts especially soft serve and taiyaki. Somisomi provides some of the most delicious taiyaki in the area, with a soft middle slightly crispy on the outside waffle cone shaped like a fish. I love how you can choose the filling because sometimes red bean is too much after a meal. The custard is perfect! We sometimes buy the taiyaki filled to take home and they are a nice snack. Flavors change on a weekly basis and the toppings always add the right amount of added texture to the soft serve. We come here when we eat in the area, but beware during busy times the wait can be around 30min as the line sometimes goes down the street. ”
